Morning:
7:30 am: Meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby and depart for Ninh Binh, which is about 2 hours south of Hanoi.
Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries. The historic capital consists of two temples, dedicated to the emperors Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh. The temples are surrounded by scenic rice fields and limestone karst mountains.

Afternoon:
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Tam Coc, which is also known as the "Halong Bay on land". Tam Coc is famous for its beautiful landscape of karst formations, winding rivers, and rice paddies. The name is Tam Coc means "three caves," referring to the three natural caves that visitors can explore on a boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, which flows through a series of natural caves and offers stunning views of the limestone cliffs and rice paddies.

Next, visit Bich Dong Pagoda, a beautiful temple built into a cave on a nearby hill. The temple is known for its stunning views and peaceful atmosphere.
After that, head to Mua Cave, which is known for its beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. To reach the top, you will need to climb around 500 steps, but the stunning view from the top makes the effort worthwhile.
Return to Hanoi and arrive at your hotel around 7:00 pm.
